We print NCR (carbonless) in various styles, offering items such as Invoices, Delivery Notes, Job Sheets, Purchase Orders, Receipts, Waste Transfer Notes etc. All can be produced as either sets, pads, or in books.

 

NCR stands for ‘no carbon required’, it allows you to write on the top copy, and the print will go through to the underlying sheets – providing an exact copy. We can offer 2 part (top sheet plus 1 copy) 3 part (top sheet plus 2 copies), 4 part (top sheet plus 3 copies) or 5 part (top sheet plus 4 copies).

NCR paper comes in the following colours:

 

• Top Copy: White, Blue, Green, Pink or Yellow

• Middle Copies: White, Blue, Green, Pink or Yellow

• Bottom Copy: White, Blue, Green, Pink or Yellow (the bottom copy is also available in light card weight)

 

We can print in single colour (black or spot colour), two colour or full colour, with or without printed terms and conditions on the reverse of one or more underlying copies.

 

We can also consecutively number and perforate the top copy, or top copy and underlying copies if required.

 

NCR jobs are usually supplied in either:

 

• Sets – glued in pairs etc,

• Pads – glued in pads (with a greyboard backing and usually supplied with either a piece of greyboard, or a card wraparound cover - plain or printed, to separate each set whilst they are being written on)

• Books – stitched in a book with the top copy tearing out and underlying copy/ies staying in the book (with a card cover - plain or printed, greyboard backing and usually supplied with either a piece of greyboard, or a card wraparound cover - plain or printed, to separate each set whilst they are being written on).
